Born on June 13, 1992, in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, Disha Patani is a dazzling beauty from a Hindu Rajput family. Her father, Jagdish Singh Patani, serves as a police officer, while her mother, Padma Patani, is a health inspector. Disha's elder sister, Khushboo Patani, is a Lieutenant in the Indian Army, and she also has a younger brother, Suryansh Patani.
Disha was pursuing engineering at Amity University in Lucknow when she got her first movie opportunity, prompting her to leave her studies mid-way. She made her mark as the first runner-up in the 2013 Pond's Femina Miss India competition held in Indore. Disha made her film debut in 2015 alongside Varun Tej in the Telugu action drama "Loafer."
