Preparation Steps for Raju Gari Kodi Pulao:
Soak the Rice: Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it for an hour.
Prepare the Cooker: Take a cooker and heat some ghee and oil in it. Fry cashew nuts until golden and set them aside. Fry onions until golden and set them aside too. Once cooled, blend onions, cashews, and a little yogurt into a paste.
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken with garam masala, salt, lemon juice, onion-cashew paste, and green chilies. Let it marinate for at least an hour.
