Follow these steps for biometric locking.. šš£
For this first go to My Aadhaar portal and enter Aadhaar number.
After that you need to login to the MyAadhaar portal through OTP.
Do not click on lock/unlock biometric option on the screen.
Please select to lock will open. Then tick the terms box and click next.
After that, when the biometric is locked, the message 'Your biometric has been locked successfully' will be displayed.
When the biometric lock is done.. in the biometric option a red color will appear on the lock screen.

To unlock Aadhaar Biometric you need to login in the portal first. Immediately.. Lock/Unlock Biometric option will appear in red color. A biometric lock looks like this.
After ticking 'Please select to lock' two options will appear for unlocking process.
A message Biometric Unlock Temporary or Permanent will appear. Select the option you want and click on Next.
Immediately the message Biometric has been unlocked successfully will appear. šŖš
