The researchers aimed to investigate the long-term effects of Covid-19 infection. As part of this, June 2022 and July 2023, a study was conducted considering 85 men. Semen was collected and investigated. These things were revealed by testing semen within 6 months before covid-19 infection, within 3 months after covid-19 infection, and three to six months after recovery from covid-19. However, compared to before infection, sperm concentration and number of sperm cells were found to be significantly reduced after infection.
