Congress Makes Alliance Continiued To CPI, Offers Kothagudem Seat And MLC Berth

During the elections, the Congress party has reached an agreement to give one MLA and two MLC seats to the CPI party. As part of the agreement, the Congress party says that it has not only given an MLA seat but also won it.

The ruling party, the CPI, which is working with the Congress, and the CPM, which is aloof and cooperating internally, say that they are traveling in the same ship, even though they look different. The CPI, which had adjusted with one seat before the elections, and the CPM parties, which were far away from the adjustment of seats, are looking at the same policy.

During the elections, the Congress party has reached an agreement to give one MLA and two MLC seats to the CPI party. As part of the agreement, the Congress party says that it has not only given an MLA seat but also won it. The state leadership as well as the national leadership assured the party that at least one of the MLCs will be allotted to the CPI party in the first phase of the MLC replacement after the government is formed. The then PCC chief minister Revanth Reddy himself went to the CPI office and held talks with the state leadership and promised to do complete justice in the allocation of MLCs. But looking at the situation after the formation of the government, it seems that there will be no allocation of MLCs for the left parties in the first phase.

Along with the MLA quota, there is also a fierce competition for the Governor's quota within the Congress party. With this, TJS party leader Kodandaram, who has been supporting the Congress party since the beginning, has been campaigning along with the Chief Minister as well as the Congress party ministers saying that justice will be given to the leaders who sacrificed the MLA seats who worked for the party within the Congress party. On this, the left parties are not able to criticize the government and ask the party leaders.

In the context of the CPI state party meeting, it seems that if the leaders of the state as well as the central committee had been firm from the beginning, there would have been a chance to ask strongly about the replacement of the MLC. Taking a step further, national leaders Narayana openly expressed this issue regarding the Congress-CPI alliance. And it has to be seen whether the Congress party will systematically replace the promises given to the demands of the CPI leaders.
