📰 Telangana CM Revanth Reddy met Congress leader Sonia Gandhi in Delhi and invited her to the Telangana Formation Day celebrations on June 2nd. Revanth Reddy emphasized that Sonia Gandhi, who played a crucial role in the formation of Telangana, should be present at the event. Sonia Gandhi accepted the invitation, and Revanth Reddy expressed gratitude towards her.
The Congress cadres are eagerly awaiting Sonia Gandhi’s visit. Revanth Reddy also mentioned that all participants of the Telangana movement would be officially invited to the celebrations, and the responsibility of preparing the list has been given to Kodandaram. He assured that under Congress rule, all movement participants would be given due respect. This will be the first Telangana Formation Day celebration in Praja Telangana.
Earlier, CM Revanth Reddy met AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal to discuss the Telangana Formation Day celebrations and local body elections. During a media interaction, CM Revanth Reddy clarified that he had no involvement in the phone tapping case and stated that the issue surfaced due to complaints of missing items. He assured that his administration is completely transparent.
