The CID stated that there was a scam of 1100 acres of assigned land.. It has been confirmed that Chandrababu and his benami have been allotted land with the capital city plan. It is said that the records were tampered with and the assigned lands were scanned. Along with Chandrababu and Narayana, former Tehsildar Sudhir Babu and Ramakrishna Housing Limited MD Anjani Kumar have been filed as accused in the charge sheet.
CID has included Chandrababu as A-40 in the assigned land case. Additional CID filed a memo to this effect on Monday. The CID officials have filed a single chargesheet in two other assigned land cases. The judge asked how the same charge sheet can be filed for both cases. The CID lawyers said that the cases were related to two assigned lands. Earlier, former minister Narayana was included as an accused in this case.
The TDP leaders say that the government has issued the charge sheet 3 days before the election notification. It is claimed that Chandrababu is with the party. Now Chandrababu is getting angry by being involved in another case. TDP leaders say that they will decide in the court itself.👥
