📢 Another MLA joined the Congress party in Telangana. As expected, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) senior leader and Malkajgiri MLA Mynampally Hanmantha Rao has switched to the Congress party.
BRS MLA Mainampalli Hanumantha Rao along with his son Rohit formally joined the Congress on Thursday September 28 in the presence of AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge and the party's Telangana chief A Revanth Reddy. Former BRS MLA Vemula Veeresham also joined the party today.
🏛️ Hanumantha Rao recently submitted his resignation letter to Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, alleging lack of democracy and transparency in the functioning of BRS. It was also revealed that a unilateral decision was taken to change the party from TRS to BRS. It is known that Hanumantha Rao alleged that BRS has become a puppet in the hands of some people who are thirsty for power. 🇮🇳
