BJP Big Sketch, 'Hindutva' Agenda for Lok Sabha Elections

As the Parliament elections are approaching soon, the major parties in Telangana are writing on their winning strategies. While the Congress and BRS parties have picked up the sentiments of Nilla, the BJP party is coming up with a Hindutva agenda. While the major parties are already trying to impress the voters in the Telugu states with movies like Yatra 2 and Ttaja, the Telangana BJP is also preparing to win votes with the movie Razakar. The film Razakar was based on the merger of Hyderabad with India in 1948. The film is slated to release on March 1. The film is going to be used for political mileage in a strategy to appeal to Hindus, targeting the Lok Sabha elections. This movie is produced by Guduru Narayana Reddy, a BJP leader. The film was supposed to release before the assembly elections last year. But it was late.

It was decided to release it in the wake of the Telangana assembly elections held on November 30 last year. wrote to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) in October. He said that it was not done with the intention of creating communal hatred, and heard that many people were against their film. Moreover, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao (KTR) also complained to the Censor Board asking the then BRS government to stop the release of the film in September 2023.

26000 to 40000 Muslims lost their lives due to communal violence during Nizam's period. And the rebellion against the feudal landlords appointed by the government in Telangana and the oppression of the downtrodden castes are in this movie. Based on these, the movie Razakar took shape. However, Telangana BJP won 8 seats in the recently held assembly elections and increased its voting percentage. With this aggressiveness, it is planning to get at least half of the 17 seats in the parliament elections. 🗳️🎬
