The show kicked off on Sunday evening with TV actress Yashmi Gowda as the first contestant, followed by TV actor Nikhil as the second. Host Nagarjuna paired them up and sent them into the house together. Next up, Pellichoopulu fame Abhay Naveen and TV actress Prerana also entered as a pair. As the fifth contestant, actor Aditya Om, and as the sixth, his 'buddy' RGV heroine Sonia Akula joined the show. The seventh contestant was popular YouTuber and social media sensation Bejawada Bebakka, followed by RJ Sekhar Basha as the eighth contestant.
The ninth contestant, Kirrak Seetha, known from the movie "Baby," joined next. TV actor Nagamanikanta became the tenth contestant. The eleventh contestant was Prithviraj, followed by anchor Vishnupriya Bhimaneni as the twelfth. The thirteenth contestant was ETV Dhee fame Nainika, and the fourteenth was YouTuber and social media influencer Nabeel Afridi. Midway through the show, actors Rana Daggubati, Nivetha Thomas of "35 – Chinna Katha Kadu," hero Vishwadev Rachakonda, and "Saripoda Saturday" movie star Nani and actress Priyanka also made their grand entries into the Bigg Boss house!
