Recent studies, including one by researchers in China, have shown that frequent consumption of energy drinks and sugary beverages can increase hair loss. The study, involving 1,000 men, suggests that consuming over three liters of energy drinks weekly can significantly boost the risk of thinning hair. Men who regularly drink these beverages are 42% more likely to experience accelerated hair loss compared to those who don't.

This issue is not limited to older men; young adults from 13 to 29 years are increasingly affected. Aside from energy drinks, poor dietary choices like excessive fast food consumption, and a lack of vegetables also contribute to weaker hair and increased stress levels, further aggravating hair loss.
