He reminded that 40,000 staff have been made aware of the guidelines related to the free bus travel scheme. He said that when the free travel facility was introduced, the traffic increased and a plan was made to run the buses accordingly. Passengers have been requested to keep some time and cooperate with the staff during rush hours. He said that if there is any small mistake, it should be brought to the attention of the RTC officials, and the company's call center numbers 040-69440000 and 040-23450033, which are available 24 hours a day, can be called.
