He explains, "Last night, two thieves broke into my office on Veera Desai Road. They smashed the door and stole film negatives stored in the account department's security. Our office staff reported the incident, and the police have registered an FIR. The police have assured us that the thieves will be caught soon. CCTV footage shows the two thieves leaving. I pray that God gives them better sense. Before the police arrived, some people outside the office recorded a video."
The video shared by Anupam Kher has gone viral, with netizens commenting that the burglary might have been intentional due to his outspoken nature. Anupam Kher, who has acted in nearly 540 films over the past 40 years, has a net worth of ₹581 crores. He received the Padma Shri in 2004 and the Padma Bhushan in 2016.
